A remarkable story of a disabled boy, a coach and a race.
It was student race day at Colonial Hills Elementary School, near Columbus, Ohio

Shortly after the race began, Matt fell far behind and began to struggle.
Just then, coach John Blaine joined Matt and gently encouraged him, as he walked beside him.
He never left Matt’s side and as they walked, each of Matt’s classmates joined them.
They crowded around Matt and his coach, chanting, “Let’s go Matt,” as the class finished the race with them.
“It was tiring,” Matt later told ABC News. “But it really helped when my classmates and my coach and everybody swarmed me. It was really encouraging.”
Dear Reader: It was so encouraging, that you must see this race for yourself in a 1-minute, 12-second video filmed by Matt’s mother: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07yc_1Br7ow
