The Lincoln Tunnel Motel, offering free rooms for those down on their luck.
This is a 41-unit no frills motel in North Bergen, New Jersey and it has become a special place for those in need.
Brian Arya the motel owner, opened his heart to provide free rooms for those who cannot pay.
The rooms even include a gift package of snacks and other basics.
Why does Brian do this?
(Story continues from "Read More")
From compassion.
He's following in the footsteps of his 90ish father who for years bought motels the family still owns today, including the Lincoln Tunnel Motel over 30-years-ago.
"My father unbeknownst to me was known as the guy who would help people out," Brian told New York TV station abc7NY.
Now it's Brian's turn.
Being social media savvy, he's using TikTok, Twitter and other social media to spread the word. On TikTok alone, he has over 824,000 followers.

As a result, donations of money, clothes, shoes and other basic necessities to help those in need are pouring in.
And some of the hotel's paying guests are also donating.
Brian, a one-time Hollywood performer is using TikTok, Twitter and other social media not only to inform readers about the Lincoln Tunnel Motel, but he is using his artistic skills to entertain them.
For Brian is showing all of us what is possible if we just open our hearts.
