Abandoned puppy becomes a worldwide traveler.
In 2021 Butch, an Australian cattle dog, was a flea-ridden puppy living on the streets of Baja, Mexico.
Then he was adopted by Heike Pirngruber and they have been travelling the world.
Here is their story:

Before retiring 12-years-ago, Heike worked decades for ZDF, Germany's biggest broadcast station, primarily as a camerawoman.
But her true love was travel, as she dreamed of exploring the world.
While staying in Baja, she fed a stray dog, who soon returned with other strays including baby Butch.
Although she "never liked dogs," Heike loves Butch. "He's my best friend, I love this guy to death and it's awesome," said Heike.
"Australian cattle dogs are a tough breed, they are basically made for the outdoors and Butch does not know any other way - he only knows life on the road and we're connecting footsteps nearly every day."
The two loving companions spent the last three years exploring the Americas.
In the U.S. they walked across various states, rode motorbikes in Arizona and canoed in New York and Vermont. They also rode a tuk-tuk exploring South America.
"We've seen amazing places and scenery, and because Butch had the back seat in the tuk-tuk, he could sit in the shade or the sun - I think he really enjoyed that," said Heike.
Last November, after staying four months in Germany, they headed eastward through Europe, walking through Spain, and exploring Andorra, France, and Italy before taking a boat to Greece.
Heike is not a planner. They just go.
"I love culture, I love to understand the planet. I just carry the basics, I go ultralight, I carry my camera and my first aid kit and Butch's medicines so he's protected from ticks and the like."
Their next stop: Albania.
