Dr. Staci Lee: Her profound gift saved a man’s life
Eddie Hall is a revered drama teacher at Cane Bay High School in Charleston, South Carolina.
He had recently married his love Jessica, and was very happy. Then tragedy struck.

Just two days after the wedding, Eddie’s kidneys suddenly failed and he needed an immediate kidney transplant to survive.
Then a miracle occurred.
After an urgent nationwide search, an anonymous donor in Billings, Montana 2,100 miles away donated a kidney to save Eddie’s life.
Eddie was profoundly grateful and was determined to meet his donor.
In response, that donor Dr. Staci Lee, a medical doctor arrived at Cane Bay High School and in front of his students Eddie and Jessica embraced her.
Why did Dr. Lee make such a remarkable gift?
“I really wanted to be a part of something so beautiful and so good,” she told ABC News.
