Uniting to bake thousands of breads to feed those in need.
In Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, home to 66,000 people, each Monday, volunteers arrive at Greener Village, the local food bank, to bake bread.
It's called Bread Mondays.
This heavenly scented bread is offered to Greener Village's 2,000 families in addition to fresh fruit and vegetables, canned goods, juice and milk.

Each Monday, volunteers bake 200 loaves of bread.
"Yes, it's relaxing - I do enjoy the feeling of my hands in the dough, volunteer Gary Farrah told The Washington Post.
"But I also like knowing that I'm doing something that will help somebody else to have something delicious. The more bread I bake, the better I feel."
Volunteers learn bread making from Yves Dechaine, Greener Village's chef and kitchen manager, who adapted one of his grandmother's recipes.
"A sense of community is what I hope they take away," Yves told The Post. "I hope it's filling their hearts, because it's certainly filling mine."
One recipient is Dewayne Hamilton, who as a young man was homeless, and for nearly 20 years has depended upon Greener Village to supplement his groceries.
Now he is also a volunteer, helping to bake bread for others.
"This is my way of paying back," said Dewayne to The Post. "Plus, I'm relearning a skill I never should have lost the ability to do." Baking and cooking as his grandmother had taught him.
The bread is made with flour, oil, salt, sugar, water and yeast.
But: "The main ingredient is love, "Greener Village CEO Alex Boyd told The Post.
