Come rain or shine, for nearly 24-years, Bill Tallyn of Mesa, Arizona has ridden his bike all over Mesa Regal RV Resort lovingly delivering treats to grateful pets.
When this Korean War veteran begins his ride, his bike basket is filled with goodies, and his heart is filled with good cheer. He greets many of these pets by name.
How did Bill begin?

Bill told ABC15 Arizona, "I have several dogs and cats at home and I started giving them treats and I have been doing so ever since."
And outside his front door he often finds pet treats from his community so he does not have to bear the costs alone, for Bill is an inspiration, touching the hearts of those he meets.
