Just For Today:
I will be thankful for everything I have and not ask for more.
I will be grateful for every part of my body that functions well and not focus on the parts
I will tell those closest to me that I love them.
I will have a kind word or do a considerate act for someone else.
I will make sure I have a smile and not a frown or a mask of indifference.
I will be patient and calm and not immediately react to something I don't like.
I will recognize that life is a precious gift and live it in this moment rather than promising
myself to wait for the weekend or some other future time.
